When will you ship my order? As each piece takes time to prepare, please allow at least 7 business days to ship your order. We are a small team and appreciate your patience!
Incorrect Address We are not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal or zip code. If you notice mistake, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with corrected address and order number.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit? Once parcels are collected from our studio, they are then property of USPS and we are no longer responsible for the replacement of the package. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages while in transit by the carrier. We are not able to provide a full refund for lost packages. However, each order sent with a tracking number to mitigate lost items.
Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective items. To start the return process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, identifying order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence of defective item. Once the return has been confirmed please return the purchased within 14 days from the date you received item.
Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (please make sure you get a tracking number!) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 5-10 business days.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or deemed to have a manufacture's defect. Please note, any items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please send photo of defective item to email@example.com.
Most of our items are gold filled or 14k gold plated over brass, sterling silver, or stainless steel. To protect your new items from water, humidity, and steam, we recommend removing your jewelry prior to exercise, showering, and swimming. Avoid contact with chemical, acids, and cosmetic products . Store your jewelry in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and clean items with a soft cloth.
