1. Defective or Broken Items
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date if the jewelry is defective or broken.

- Please provide your order number and a description of the defect or damage and a photo.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
2. Other Returns
- All other returns will be issued as store credit only.
- To be eligible for store credit, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

- Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. General Conditions
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or broken.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
- We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
- Store credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases.
